Project 4- Progress
My process has been making a visual perspective on my feeling of home. I am bringing memories I have captured that remind me of home. Like my friends, family, places, my actual childhood home and current apartment.
Really home-y feeling I'm getting from these pieces. They somehow match very well! The vibes are so calm and peaceful, it almost makes you homesick. The second one is amazing, how such subtle layering can cause such an impact on the whole project.
ReplyDeleteThese pieces work well together, there is a sense of serenity about them. I think pulling the colors back was a good idea, it keeps the feeling of comfort at the forefront of the images. One thing I found is that the image with the house, one of the photo overlays could be blended into the piece a little more. I can still see the outline of the photo. Otherwise, the rest of the work is really nice.
